At Vuyi Skin, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once they have been purchased and/or delivered.

By purchasing from Vuyi Skin, you acknowledge and agree that:

All products are sold on a strictly no return and no refund basis.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if a product does not meet your expectations or does not produce the desired results.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, including but not limited to irritation or allergic reactions, that may occur after use of our products.

Customers use all products entirely at their own risk and are responsible for checking ingredient suitability prior to use.

It is strongly recommended to perform a patch test before full application and to consult a healthcare professional if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full.

Received a faulty item?
We are committed to customer satisfaction and really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please get in touch with our support team here within 7 days of the purchase date. We will will do our best to resolve that matter as quickly as possible.

In the event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
• Your order number
• Which item(s) is/ are damaged
• Photographic evidence and description

Please do not send back the damaged goods, unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a replacement.
